CDB (Bank Deposit)

Bank Deposit Certificate (CDB) is a fixed income investment security. You invest your money in a financial institution and, in exchange, you are entitled to receive the amount you invested, plus the expected return on the CDB on a predefined date. Its yield can be referenced to a fixed rate or a floating rate, in which the yield is linked to the variation of an index or indicator, such as the CDI or the IPCA.

 

LCA (Agricultural Letter of Credit)

The LCA (Agribusiness Letter of Credit) is a fixed income security issued by financial institutions, backed by loans and financing granted by these financial institutions and related to agribusiness. When investing in LCAs, you invest your money in a financial institution and, in return, you are entitled to receive the amount you invested plus the expected return on the LCA at a predefined date. Its yield can be referenced to a fixed rate or a floating rate, in which the yield is linked to the variation of an index or indicator, such as the CDI or the IPCA.

LCI (Real Estate Letter of Credit)

Real Estate Letters of Credit (LCI) are fixed-income securities issued by financial institutions, backed by credit operations with real estate guarantee. When you invest in LCIs, you invest your money in a financial institution and, in return, you are entitled to receive the amount you invested plus the expected return on LCI at a predetermined date. Its yield can be referenced to a fixed rate or a floating rate, in which the yield is linked to the variation of an index or indicator, such as the CDI or the IPCA.
